Nice search feature, but these results are not based on traffic. And could you explain how they are listed as most respected vs least respective? I'm a little confused over the term "respected".

I don't think there is yet a reliable source developed yet. As I understand, the standard of our industry, Alexa only counts traffic if you have the toolbar (which mobiles don't....resulting in very distorted low traffic numbers). Until someone comes out with a tracking system that counts mobile + standard web views, we'll have to guess.
