Look. There are two diifferent ways, or more of course, to appraise a domain. 1st is based on how much this particular name can make for potential buyer (this is when domain price reflects buyer's personal interest). 2nd is based on how much domain currently making (this is what most of domainers are interested in - a monthly revenue). So even if it ispossible to appraise a domain value based on 2nd way, it is not possible to even estimate how much the buyer will pay for the domain of personal interest. There is an old say, lol, domain worth as much the right buyer is willing to pay for it. And its so true...
