It's a good name, and the keyword bids are high, unfortunately the keyword popularity is poor, which will bring the value down. Only 181,000 Yahoo hits for the keywords as well, that's not good. However - if you find the right end-user, it could be at high $xxx, so it's definitely got some potential.

I like it, there's 809 searches on overture USA, 2415 for UK, so I'd look out for a UK buyer, plus the UK's high bid is £2.26 (about $4) with the US at $2.02 for the search term Mortgage Offer.
Can't help with an appraisal though, sorry. Hope this helps in some way.
