Moral Question

hello there



assume that i reg a name that has TM issues and i know that ; is there a risk , other ( bigger) than let the name drop( or push the name ) if contacted by the TM owner ? i assume that first of all the TM owner will give me a e-mail to say that he is the owner of that name and asking me to let the name drop or push to him...then ofcourse i will do so....i assume that the TM owner won't go straight to the law court

i am wondering if , beside the moral thing and that to drop or push the name to the TM owner , are there more 'expensive' risks when regging a TM name ?

There are risk of being Sued for nearly anything in life now

Short answer : Yes - there are other possible things that could happen to you.

It all depends on the owner of the Toes you are stepping on ....
