I saw Moniker is selling .net for $5.49/yr. It is there regular .net price? Or is it just a promotional price for the time being?

Both.

It is a promo price that has been in place awhile. They tried to raise it up a month or two ago and heard so much about it that they dropped it back. Good deal.

The .net registry wholesale price to registrars I think is at $4.00 now. Fabulous has had $4.75 pricing on .net for quite a while for portfolio owners. I've moved all my .net's there.
