Moniker Help!

I am trying to buy a domain name on Moniker and have prepaid funds with them. How can I pay using my account prepaid funds? On the checkout page, the only options I have are Paypal, Credit Card on file, and New Credit Card.

Also, I have initiated a transfer from Enom to Moniker a while ago but it didn't seem to have went through. How can I cancel the transfer?

If you have enough funds in your account, there will be an option allowing you to do so.

Contact Enom/Moniker to cancel the transfer?

lets say if i have $5 in my account and registering a new domain cost $6.50, can I just use my prepaid $5 toward this purchase and pay the remaining $1.50 by Paypal or CC?

Unfortunately, no. You either have $6.50 or you can't touch your account's funds.
