I used Moniker Escrow for a recent transaction and I guess I could say I am not real pleased.
My buyer submitted payment, but for some reason the payment did not show up with Moniker. After several phone calls and talking with Michael, he found a section that said my buyer had paid and there was another section that showed they didn't. Ahhhh.
Well, they must of paid, because the escrow went thru.
So I withdrew the funds and sent them to paypal. Well that was yesterday and no payment made it to my paypal account. I get an error when I check the transaction at Moniker. So since they never reply to emails, back on the phone again. Michael is gone, Don (Account Rep) gone, so I just started pushing numbers and talking to other. Not one know's if there is a hold, or a time period for the withdraw to hit my paypal account?
Anyway, does anybody know if there is a Hold, or a delay when you withdraw your escrow funds to go into paypal? Or is there something wrong, like I am thinking?
EDIT: Payment just arrived. So there is either a 24 hour delay, or something was wrong?
