well looking at sedo there seems to be alot of bidding for .cc and any common first or last name has value

It's all with preference. Not many would want it IMO unless they were able to capitalize on the fact that it's a girl's name -- kinda in the nature of a website that gives email @ YourFirstName.ext Aside from that, it has no marketability and its scope is vague/limited (other than it's a girl's name). And .cc is still too low. But I'd put at least mid $xx on this.
