I need your help valuing this domain as I have an offer in hand but I am not sure if the price is relatively fair.

MoneyBaker.com is on Sedo with no offers at a 400 EUR minimum offer. Those two words don't make a lot of sense together, so I'd consider almost anything fair. Especially if it's close to or above 400 EUR.

Watch out for appraisal scams. They'll direct you to a website to get the domain appraised before they'll complete the transaction. The website charges you a fee. You pay and then never hear from the 'buyer' again.
