Monetizing keyword domains

I have several keyword domains having to do with the current pandemic. What’s the best way to monetize something millions of people are searching right now - PPC on parked domains, or multiple domains pointing to one informative built site? I’m brand new to this and wanting to learn, so please be kind!

Welcome to domain forums so your first lesson is do not follow trends. Toilet paper is a better buy as you can use it. So you bought a domain with no plan of who can buy it.
