modifications to the vB default template

Hey,

I want a few modifications to the vB default template, all I require is a compeltly new header, with navigation buttons and colour changes on the default template. I will provide you with the colour scheme, and all you have to do is edit the CSS values and design a header.

want a custom made header, and the header is car related. I will need this for a automotive forums.
