I registered this one 2 days ago while hunting for some 'futuristic' domains. I believe there are two strong keywords in there witch make it quite valuable.
After I got it I searched the keywords "modern person" in Google and the result was way over my expectations - 123.000.000 results for these specific terms.
At a closer look , I've found out that ModernPerson.com is actualy an expired domain with 246 backlinks and a page rank of 3. Estimated value in dnscoop is $11,030.
