Could not help myself from picking one this morning. Previously sold for 7,500$ in 2007. Super strong keyword with 210 ext taken.

My pricing thought is mid to high XXX.

Your thoughts on this?

I cannot see why it sold for 7,5k in 2007. I would say just like @jhm XXX value but not much higher. Not an easy tld
