What is your purpose for windows? Honestly its usually allot more insecure then linux. And it costs 3* the monthly price.

I use Expression Web 2 and i save the files as .aspx and i cant host them on Unix.

Ok well a small vps mite be best for you. Although its rather expensive for licenses. As far as companies I'd recommend you go with a datacenter like softlayer.com. However there should be a converter to convert the files to .html

Yes but if i save as html i seem to loose a lot of the features of the site.
