An abbreviation for Mobile Internet Service Provider.
A word combo- a shortened/streamlined version of "mobi" and "isp". Could also be read as "mobi service provider short form of "mobile service provider".
"Mobiisp", w/ 2 "i's" is somewhat cumbersome.
