I'm planing to start my business for cell phones, but I need to know that...

Well, smartphones have browsers very similar to a normal computer no?
So if these browsers are supporting basic HTML and JavaScript, PPC should work...

Google have AdWords for mobile phones so one must assume there is an AdSense mobile system in BETA or something.

Also, I believe AdBrite have a system in BETA also
