.US domains.US domains
i think anything with mobi in the name is going to be a disaster.

how many .net, .com, .org names use this strategy?

orgsingles.org?
comsingles.com?
netsingles.net?

i'd recommend not spending more money on that line..

You may use mobisingles to mean singles that are on move all the time.

I have ile.mobi so i might be making a subdomain Mob.ile.mobi but i wouldnt be buying mobi--.mobi domains unless they fit the extension well and have a premium word with it.

Of course, time will tell...but you are comparing apples to oranges.

MobiSupport MobiService MobiServices.mobi

I got:
MobiSupport.mobi
MobiService.mobi
MobiServices.mobi
Why these weren't premium names, I'm not sure.
I'd be careful only to do that with a very few select names, that only pertain to the ext. .mobi

For mobile specific offerings, I feel that the Mobi___ works well...

For example, I've registered:
mobiapps.mobi
mobiblog.mobi
mobicity.mobi
mobidj.mobi
mobimaps.mobi
mobiplay.mobi
mobipoker.mobi
mobitrip.mobi
mobitunes.mobi

I think it is catchy as well. Also, let's recall that we do have netflix, netquote, and other "net" prefix names that are attached to some big companies...

I think ur better off getting mobile instead of mobi, if you can find a free one. mobi_______.mobi doesnt really look that gr8 to me, however if the .mobi ext becomes standard in phones so u dont need to type it in, then it will work well. I believe this will happen in the near future, from what I have been reading, but we'll just have to wait and see.
I think mobi will be standard because dot com is standard on computers, it just makes sense for mobi to be standard on phones, and both are international ext.
Anyway good luck

Another thing to think about is the use of mo for example moblog is now considered as a mobile phone blog, so maybe there are some good mo______.mobi names out there ;)

Heres some available:

MoTones.mobi
MoGames.mobi

If u want to take the risk! :)

Thanks, liked those and picked them up along with motunes.mobi.

This to cover my mobi____ URLs in case mo sticks better than mobi (plus, they are shorter).

Now I'm going to stop coming to namepros so I stop spending :$: :$: :$:

Reading this gave me an idea and so I went and registered
MobiPro.mobi
MMMMM could have many uses
MobiScout.mobi
Sounds kinda catchy and would be a good name for a mobi search tool or moby directory type tool :imho:
Whadda you guys think?
