I didn't think it was possible to get .Mobi that cheap. Whiz.in, Resellers.co.in, iplox.com - All are Directi/RC resellers, but none of their sites have .mobi listed.

Hmmm... it costs $199 to join ResellersClub at the minimum level, but that money can be applied toward registrations, and the special .Mobi pricing seems to be for ALL levels of resellers.

I do not think so too. I just use my favourite one with $14.99 (LuckyRegister). I have just register 5 domains with them for .mobi

I'm not sure how to organize it, and I don't have time offer 'support' or run a full blown registration site. Anyway, I'm off to eat dinner right now, but I will try to get it going when I return.

If you guys want, I have a DirectI reseller account and I actually set up the site on one of my domains for testing purposes. You guys can register some, but not for $8.49 since I'd be losing money after fees (to DirectI and PayPal fees), but I can sell them for $9.99 without taking a loss. I have it located at http://shop.customrequest.com . You have to wait for the DNS to update since I changed servers and it messed up my CNAME records but I just finished fixing that.
