I just purchased this domain for a good price. I'm getting some very high estimates from appraisal tools but don't tend to rely on them too much.

Thoughts anyone?

Yeah dude around 2.5k + wholesale, so sold to other domainers through Flippa, Sedo, Godaddy etc,
but you're looking at around a good 5-7.5k + price at retail, so selling to an end-user

Just done a quick search on the domain, and it seems to be a good and clean domain that's been very active over the years, used to have a popular fresh juice company built on it, so naturally the domain already has many backlinks linking towards it which adds value to it

It's already taken in many other extensions and has websites built on those extensions which is a good sign, adds value to yours as yours is the .com

And the term 'MMUN' is already producing 2k searches a month on Google which also adds value

and then there are already many business' with similar registered domains, that have established business' built up on those similar registered domains, so again making yours valuable

There's even an international airport in Cancun that goes under the name 'mmun'

so yeah many potential end users who could be looking to expand and develop their business' with a new, fresh and better domain - MMUN.com, and who could be willing to pay big bucks for it

Overall a good buy
