MMORPG Item Database | Script suggestions/ideas

I am in desperate need of a script that is able to be manipulated to create an item database for an MMORPG. I need basically a script where (ideally) where the amin has a control panel and can create custom fields and add data/catagories untill we achieve something like this:

Except of course for a different game, hence the fields need to be preferably Admin set.

I'm truely stumped and desperate for ideas.
