MISSING: Enom Reseller Information Retrieval Tool

I wanted to check out Enom's "Reseller Information Retrieval Tool" at www.enom.com/help , but now its not on that page. Any idea where it went? Their help center directed me there and the Google cache shows the "Reseller Information Retrieval Tool" input form as being there.

Where did this tool go? Is there any other way to access this information?

Seems to have been a temporary thing. Its back there now. Odd.
