Most of the content are copied from somewhere else :red: :red: :red:
It was only created 5 days ago.
The site is also approved by the Google adsense team

I am willing to sell the domain + Website, but How much can it sell for ?
Is $100 possible ? or $50 ?

You can even add your own forum for people to discuss about that niche.

and templates i took them for free, but done lots of modification.

however these 2 sites are not yet check by the adsense team.

But, the problem is, I am need some cash now, not later. LOL

Hi Mike, well i gave credits to the author by posting the Source for each article I take.
If you have the time, of course you can freely modify bits and pieces there yourself.
add a forum, and more features as you wish.

Not too sure if thats legal, please advise. I am a newbie in selling sites.

I know of an article site, GoArticles.com. You can take their articles and thats legal if you quote the Authors link.

Hello Mr Johnson, well... lets say yes and no. Yes of course we as webmasters would like to earn a living out of adsense.

but No, because the are Mini NICHE sites.

An REAL MFA site does not have any content.
all they do is build a directory, and post there TOP 8 sites
and paste some google adsense there to trick people thinking its top 8 sites.
MFA site has no content whatsoever and has no niche.

But mine, i actually took the time, to get some good resource about that niche.
Also all of them have Meta tags included.
Even the google adsense team has approved the site I sold earlier.
These niche sites are like Virtual property investment.

I have taken the time to look through the overture, taken time to search at google for articles, taken time to find, download and modify the templates, taken time to add some google adsense codes, and now I have saved you from the hassle of doing all that for just $40

The domains have 1 year left, which means the site only cost you $32.
I think the price I am offering is a reasonable price
