I’m proud to share a personal milestone in my domain brokerage journey.
Over the last 12–15 months, I’ve successfully sold nearly 5 LLL.com domains, including:
SQY.com, KHU.com, VBH.com, CHY.com, and KJU.com — working as both a broker and co-broker.
What makes this achievement even more special for me:
I started brokering just about 1.5 years ago
I’ve been doing this randomly and part-time, not full-time
I’m still a student
All buyers came directly from my own network
I now work with 15–20+ active LLL.com investor buyers
Until now, my primary focus has been:
Investor-priced domains
Selling mainly to investors, not end users
From now on, I’ll be expanding my focus to include:
LLL.com domains (main focus)
Premium 4L.com word domains
CVCV.com domains
One-word .com English dictionary domains
One-word .ai English dictionary domains
That said, LLL.com will remain my core strength and top priority this year.
Lessons Learned (The Missed Deals)
Like everyone in this industry, I’ve had my share of missed opportunities due to time constraints.
I’ve missed 5+ confirmed sales, totaling $400k+
One single missed deal alone was worth $250,000
In several cases, buyers took 10–20 days to negotiate, and during that time the same LLL.com (at investor pricing) was sold by another broker, since LLL.com domains are often promoted by multiple brokers simultaneously
These experiences taught me:
Speed matters
Timing is everything
Demand for quality LLL.com domains at investor prices is extremely high
