.Mil = usually RESERVED by the registry for its military (3rd level tlds)

Apparalently switzerland has no army... soo it wasnt restricted .

What should I do with it? Make a subdomain busienss and resell?

Well, it's an interesting domain, although it's hard to estimate a value. Perhaps you can find an end user in the EU, or, failing that, a collector on eBay.
