Some domainers change their mind when they read about possible TM issues. That was the case with the surface movies name. Rightly or wrongly I chose to be cautious and dump that particular one.

Hm but people are registering *surface.* and surface*.* like crazy, why would 'store' be of bigger tm problem?

In the busienss world in a capitalist econmony, there is no such thing as "stealing" unless a court decides so.

If you have a good idea and you make it public or I find out about it, I might just take that idea and bring it to market before you do if I think it's a profitable idea and I jus tmight make a killing or at least a few bucks. No crime committed here.

There were a lot of great names left. I took most of what I saw. :P One thing I think MIGHT happen is that virtual might become a decent keyword again with regards to this stuff. Still, I focused on surface, touch, multitouch, and tabletop.

Hi, just looking back over the posts re "surface". I picked up a couple of these. Have you had any thoughts on the TM thing or heard anything? I've researched it as much as I can but no mention as yet of the TM issue.
