Microsoft office query

Hello
I think that this is kind of related to programming. I am trying to transfer an Excel worksheet to Access , i have successfully done it. The only problem is that the formulaes which worked in Excel do not work in Access. Does anyone know how to make them work? The formulaes are if then statments. Also, if you think this isnt possible, then can you please give me a link to site where i can learn how to enter formulaes in database.

I think you need to use a programming langugae called VBA to create formulas etc, so just do a search in Google.
