the tags are nice but an easy to remember domain name is still the best...

I think the application is different. You dont have to remember anything if you're looking at a print ad (where a tag would be). But, you would have to launch your phones browser and type in the URL you are seeing on the ad. The tag is meant to eliminate that process...as well as the marking data mentioned above.

THis is purely an "on the go" mobile benefit and has no benefit for those seated at a computer, and that is the intent.
