Interesting, I have seen a couple sites that seem to be independently owned. Running Google ads on a heavily trafficked website would be ideal for now.
That would be outstanding to become a Disney affiliate.

This morning I put out contact with Disney to see about fee's licensing and what not.

While that was a little aggressive you really should not be registering domains with trademarks in this. "MickeyMouse" is trademarked by Disney and what your doing is known as cyber squatting. At best they will probably ask you to transfer the name to them for free. At worst, you will probably be sued in federal court. This is really not the best way to start domaining and I would recommend you rethink your strategy in thee field of domaining before continuing.
