Disney World is a major Fortune 500 company, currently 61 on the list. I'm suprised that this domain was still available.

This domain might have some trademark issues. But, I'm not sure.

Walt Disney is one of the most aggressive UDRP filers around, so there's very little chance of resale to them. Good luck.

Yes, don't try selling this to Disney themselves. You might have better success finding a buyer in the travel industry that is an authorized reseller of Disney packages. Not a bad name for that purpose and a legimate use can make owning a TM'd domain legal.
