I made a counter-offer Euro 1 000 000 and the buyer has not yet rejected it. Probably waiting to see if Zuckerberg will name his parent company Metaverse.
Wouldn't I be cheap then? I can earn a lot more from real estate in the Metaverse. Alexa rating is growing among competitors.
Although I still have metaverse.estate and metaverse.homes .

Thanks @olcayto for providing two examples of "Metaverse" brand names/domains.

There will be multiple metaverse platforms in the future as multiple giant companies are developing their own metaverse platform. Other mataverse related companies which target to offer products and services in all metaverse platforms will avoid using "Meta" as part of their brand names because it is so associated with just one of the metaverse platforms (i.e. the Facebook's one). Using words that more directly reflect metaverse in general, such as "Metaverse" and "Metaversal", is a wiser branding move.

I predict that when more and more metaverse platforms are launched, the word "meta" will be more associated with Facebook and less referring to metaverse.

Yes you are right, i didn't read it carefully. I think meta will be used as it's original meaning for sure and companies who wants to develop in "Metaverse" try to catch some metaverse names. So i agree with you at this point.

"MV" is already commonly used as an acronym of music video in the general public. So I don't think it will be used by metaverse companies to communicate with the general public. However, it may be used among IT guys, just like finance guys use "MV" as an acronym of market value.
