I registered a good .co.uk a couple weeks ago, wish i did a few more now as loads of great keywords was available at the time.

True! I registered meta/club .co.uk around 2 months ago. That time many .co.uk was available. But I wasn't very hopeful for this extension. Still hold 3 .co.uk...lets see!

P.S. I personally stay away from MVS domains. That's the acronym of a popular crypto blockchain named Metaverse, and it has little to do with the metaverse. It's likely not going to have a universal meaning because the hashtag has populated social media already.

I only spent $80 for my MVS domain and will not renew them if there will no activity within a year. GL everyone....

For .co.uk domains ...I think I have a few but no sales yet so maybe not that great but I get a lot of views which I hear can be bots, whatever they are. If you have had a few sales can you let us know how you have done it? Offers or bin and the sort of price ranges. Any info much appreciated.

i also didn't sell any co.uk yet cause my price range starts from very high, i focused on endusers though. Yet getting nice traffic to my co.uk domains. Gonna see how it goes

Microsoft joined the meta-universe, found that both http://Xboxmeta.com and http://Xboxmeta.net are owned by Microsoft, and the domain names information was updated on January 19th this year, Seems to be Microsoft acquired these two domains this year.

I'd suggest looking at the trademark registry. Tmview.org, Justia or WIPO websites are very useful for doing this try combinations of partial searches etc.

Don't go offering them directly to Facebook cause they have a trademark for meta.

Interesting video, thanks for sharing. Sounds to me that the "metaverse" is just going to be called the internet in the future. Just like we don't call Facebook and Twitter a shared name, they are incarnations of the internet, just that they were particularly useful and managed to serve everyone in one place (or at least they used to until they started controlling language etc).

There are many projects that are trying to crack the internet open, like Tim Berners Lee's (also politically and ideologically captured) "solid pods" that are trying to change internet standards so that people can bring their own data instead of the other way around.

I really don't feel like these big corps want things to be open like they are supposedly envisaging, they want to make as much money as possible. There are always sinister undertones or at least some thought in the backs of these people's minds that they want to mould things in such a way that they can gather all of the riches.
