When you have metawallet and looking for a buyer. Would the buyer want to be associated with Facebook? Would it cause confusion? Maybe so

On the other hand, you got fb as a serious buyer for meta names

that was taken out of context I didn’t mean the .com or that it wouldn’t be the name, I meant he did not Own purely 100% rights to its use it only and others couldn’t when you talked TMs and others Have TMs with “meta” in their brands/ names…others have been running and using it for years !

I'll also add that they serve different needs. Short domains sell better across the board there's no arguing against that. That doesn't mean a premium name like MetaverseGroup isn't going to command a lot of money. They just serve different needs. In thus case I would take MetaverseGroup over MetaGroup imo

Congrats to everyone in this forum who invested in Meta+Keyword and domain names including the word Metaverse. Also, congrats to everyone who have and are investing in domain names using the word Avatar.

It's a win win for any and everyone who had the foresight. Now, we all have to be patient because I have a funny feeling in a couple of weeks and months, we're going to start seeing a lot of six figure domain name sales using either of the words "Meta," "Metaverse," or "Avatar" in them.

Again, I am happy for everyone in this forum who had the foresight. This is just the beginning.

Edit: I forgot six figure sales already started. Meta.so= $149,000. Metaverse.io= $175,000. Meta.io= $100,000. I am sure there will be more coming.

FB rebranding as Meta is only going to discourage smart businesses from using Meta. In the future it will be the equivalent to branding with Facebook + Keyword dot com.

I don't think I've ever had interactions with anyone like you. You're unique that's for sure .

No I don't need to apologise. You still haven't proven anything apart from speaking in riddles. I still don't think they own meta.horse no matter how much you may protest.

I was wrong that they were calling it meta, but that's not what you were protesting about. I will take it on the chin in good humour that my prediction was incorrect.
