Try and avoid weak extensions like xyz, 99.9% of companies would have never heard of it

Mb4.me is a purpose based domain. It makes no sense in any other extension and is very unlikely that Mercedes would have any interest in another extension.

In my opinion the mb4.xyz is a random domain and chances of a hit are slim.
