At the top of the page there is the member bars where you could click on "NP$ Store" and a menu pops up right under it containing a list of links.

What is the script for that?

I think that is vBulletin specific code that generates them menus. I don't think you can find the exact script for that anywhere except for in the copyrighted vBulletin software, but I could be wrong. There's a lot of similar scripts out there though.

Yeah, deadserious is correct. At the moment I am working on a menu like this, just testing. If I come up with a working menu, I'll let you know.
