Hi everyone,

I received a couple of what I think are pretty generous offers for this domain. Now it’s making me second guess if they’re high and I should take them or too low.

any insight on this? Obviously the end user would be a Men’s juice cleanse company (which I think the offers are from). As a business consultant I bought this domain because I’ve consulted on a few projects like this and focus groups said men wanted to use juice cleanses but didn’t feel confident buying them through “feminine websites” as they thought they were tailored specifically for women.

would love some opinions on an appraisal.

thanks!

Don't know what your offer is but if it's at least $XXXX, I'd push for $XXXXX and see how they respond. Be prepared to walk if you want a higher price.

Men's Cleanse immediately struck me as a "bathing" product, until you mentioned it. As its "Men's Cleanse"...women in theory could have this cleanse juice product too (since its a type of diet that involves consuming only juices from vegetables and fruits in an attempt to lose weight and detoxify the body.)...they can accommodate "both"...if a company has a truly great cleanse product, they sure don't want to cut the opposite sex out (not a single company does that, to my understanding), its troubling. Unless, it happens to be something manly...never heard of that, what could a company do that is manly in the juice cleanse business...

Hate being the bad new guys. If someone is set out on a men's juice cleanse...whatever that thing is, seems niche. Anyway, I will suggest mid hundreds, I want to be optimistic, and drop price accordingly if nobody is building a men's only cleanse product (I struggle with that vision). However, if you've gotten better, that's awesome, and genuinely well done

I appreciate this well thought out and written response. It certainly will help me with my situation. The offers I received are significantly larger than these above so I think I will try and squeeze a bit more out of them. After discussion with them they are a large wellness company who wants to expand to their male audience.[/QUOTE]
