In last 4 years, there has hardly been 10 sales in this extension.
Hence, I don't think this is would be easily saleable.
So, I don't see any value in this name.
If you are optimistic about the name, you may hold it for another year at that renewal. I wouldn't do it though if I were in your place!

While I agree that .website sales have not been common, it is a really nice term and would urge you to either develop it or try to sell it for a reasonable price. So now on NameBio there are 16 sales in the extension, 8 of which were this month. The average price is $415 although one sale (HRT at $2000) influences that a lot. The median price is $198 although I would say most are not nearly as good as your name. Some comparators I might consider sort of equivalent are dentist sold for $185, shipper for $198 and emoji for $250.
