Of course it is zero. Just because outsiders coined this acronym for geographical reasons nothing is added to the relations of this region's countries.

Do you think so?
I mean nearly all countries are of islamic-arabic majority and of pretty the same culture and language which in my point of view provides a pretty good fundament for a possible union like its european counterpart. They'll so such thing in order to keep up with the other economical blocks worlwide. For me it's actually not a question of if, but of when.
