domain Memorable/Marketable 3 Character

Gday, I know the value of a typical three character domain but I have heard people say that some factors such as repeating letters, symmetry and so forth add to the memorable and therefore to the value. I have also seen "8" used as & in places which is why I like the domain for B&B (bed and breakfast etc), anyhoo any thought that you have would be much aprreciated.

I have no idea, I think he is from a company in the middle east, the sale was through a third party so I did not get to speak to him directly.
