This is a 'get paid to sign up' website. It has a pr3 index with pr2 subpages. The site was extremely active back in Nov/Dec of 2006 and I stopped putting time into it until earlier this month, where I began marketing it again. Within the first few months it made $270 selling credits. The site currently has 660 users, over 120 active offers, and there have been over 360 transactions completed on the site.
The site naturally gets users signing up, however with the correct marketing (on other 'get paid to' websites) you could easily get tons of users running to the website to sign up and complete offers. I simply don't have the time, and need money to invest into other projects. The website is sold as-is.
Last month the site received 160 uniques / 741 page views with me doing nothing for it. This month the site has received 170 uniques / 2166 page views (as of 4pm on Sept 9).
