Great job -X-, you deserved it!. I got some recommendations for member of the month though. First of all I would like to say that you shouldn't be opening up the poll for nominations on December 15th. That really ruins the whole member of the month "experience." You should open it on January 1st for three days, and then voting for 5 days. Also if you put a member of the month link on the top of each page I'm positive there would be much more voting and then the person who wins it would deserve it positively (I'm not at all saying you you didn't deserve it -X-, you obviously did ) One last thing, which I think you already did change is letting an unlimited number of nominees. You can weed out the ones that don't deserve it after that.

Well there's my suggestions hopefully you take a look at them -RJ-. You've beeing doing a great job with the site just trying to improve it
