IIRC I read somewhere she's thinking of filing a lawsuit. Not surprising if she'll
indeed push through with it.

Interesting, but you certainly need to look at the WIPO case in the context of the specific facts. If she pursues it in court, it will be very interesting to see what the result is (that is, if the owners don't fold their hand when the stakes increase).
