yaa the keyword is great and it rocks.But I am not sure how much this can market coz of the extension .in
Mostly keywords does matter in SERPS but extensions matter a lot coz people mostly rember top ones.
And one more imp thing is that you should get ppl ready to pay high bucks.There are lots of keywords which attract lots of traffic but they don't get high paying buyers.
So I would rate it near to low XXX.
