This is a site that I am currently developing. I have just started today, don't worry, it WILL get better. I'd like to have my main page rated and opinions given, since that's the only page I had time to make pretty It is http://meetbands.com. What do you think of the concept of the site, can it become quite popular?

well, the site semms fairly simple, looks more like a template than anyting else.

I would have a more unique site (see something like www.internetdj.com or www.garageband.com) to see what other music sites are doing now.

You can also try out www.acidplanet.com (now an asset of Sony) and check out the design there.

Perhaps you can make your text lighter to blend with your strong background..

its ok but I think the best music sites are the ones that look grungy, www.purevolume.com and www.myspace.com are the best ones
