one medium/big Indian architecture company took contact me via email that they would like to buy dictionary .in domain from me.

How should I proceed and what could be the selling price for dictionary .in domain for end user?

It depends what the dictionary word is. Is the Word "Business" or is it some odd niche word.

There is no way to gauge a fair price range without the name.

Well, I don't know if it is good idea to publish domain name here.

At the moment the domain name isn't killer word. Mobile and virtual dictionary words are pretty much same kind of words than my domain. I have predicted that in 3-5 year domain could be almost as valuable than mobile.in or virtual.in domains. It could be even higher than those domains, if people adobt the name. At the moment people really don't know what is the potential of this domain. Just like it was 5 year ago with "mobile" and "virtual" names.

Lets do this simple. How much would be mobile.in and virtual.in domains prices at the moment?

Could you give any tips that how do I get best price from this domain?

Just be careful, that its not scam, where they want you to buy an apprasial.

Its hard to give a value if you dont mention the domainname. If you dont want to make it public, you can pm me the domainname, then I will appraise it.

Just remember DO NOT transfer the domainname before you get the money. If the value is high enough then use Escrow.

There is no set value nor any range. The value is how much they are willing to pay for it. Do some research and try to figure that out. The size of the company and how much they want the domain are 2 big factors.
