Which do you think is better?

I like Medicommerce as the prefix 'Medi' is widely used such as 'MediCare' and 'MediCall' also 'Medicom' and 'Medicom.com'

What do you think on end user value? I actively market my domains to end users.

Sure 'MediCommerce' needs a buyer that wants to brand it but I'm a patient player.

MedicalRetail.tld is definitely better. The most common short form will be med. not medi.
However, both are good domain names very well worth to hold on them.
