domain MedicalWarez.com - Please appraise!

I just got my hands on MedicalWarez (.) com which i feel can be developed to a greater extent, of course the theme Warez is quite scary.

Anyways, i would like to hear what you guys think about this domain!

Well, lets break it down. On the one hand you have the term "medical" which has a professional connotation. On the other hand you have "warez" which is generally used to denote pirated software. I'm not really sure what to make of it. Perhaps you could develop a pirated medical software website (though I am not sure what kind of traffic you will get), or I suppose you could setup a site where pirates could seek qualified medical advice.
