Never bought a .us but I have seen surprising sale prices from several. Your opinion on this domain?

I sometimes like .US. It deserves to perform better in the market than it is currently, and I think some types of .US domains will see a rebound.

Right now, a 2-word .US needs to be quite cheap in order to snag a sale.

For instance, HospitalityJobs.com sold for $15k:

So if you're trying to sell a jobs domain with .US at the moment, you really need to stand out by being CHEAP. Not only cheap but EASY. Fixed prices. No negotiations. Give buyers convenience.

Research the list prices of competing domains as if you're the buyer. Then price yours to be the best option by a clear margin and ensure it's displayed everywhere the others are.

I'm guessing you'll end up needing to price this between $500 and $1200.
