Mainly working with geographical name, but this could be of some value considering that if something is popular for a geography, it has value overall.
I think this is a good name. However, I am skeptical about the hyphen.
So, I would think over mid xxx at the moment.

But as I always tend to think, the price of a domain is what a buyer is willing to pay.
Either have plan to sit on a name for a long time or sell it at a decent price outbounding or when receiving offer and then using the cash to grow your business.

I would be looking at other appraisals for this one too.
There must be people flipping hyphenated names every now and then.

Lets see if some expert on this shares their knowledge.

Hyphens are absolute killers in todays market. Take about 90% of .com sale. Appraise at $150-$200 if you can find the buyer.
