am I too optimistic saying that I won´t sell it for less than 1000$?

Will I keep it for my kids? (don´t have any yet)

I will begin marketing both of them toguether.

I´m creating a site to market all my domain collection. The name is welcomefuture.com and from there I will also try to market the idea of the importance of a good domain name to start a good e-business.
