Media Based website

Looking for design and development on a new, media based website. The design needs to be professional, yet fun and creative. The layout would be a combination of woot/break/youtube. We'll have a product that needs to be displayed, that's where the woot part comes in. On that same page we would like a toolbar that displays previews of videos. Upon going to the video page the layout would be similar to break/youtube.
